Biography

Bruce Daley is a senior research analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He investigates how technology contributes to topline business-to-business (B2B) revenue. His research focuses on B2B campaign management, account-based marketing, customer relationship management, sales force automation, sales enablement and customer success.​ Previously, Bruce was an AI analyst with Tractica Research, recognized as a thought leader in the practical application of generative AI to revenue generation. In addition, he wrote a book, Minting Content, about using natural language processing to create marketing material. In the past, he was an assembler language software programmer and received much of his academic training during the “second AI summer.”​ Bruce has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Financial Times, among other publications. A favorite with investors, he has conducted more than 250 consultations with mutual, hedge and private equity funds such as Bain Capital, Fidelity, CalPERS, JPMorgan and Silver Lake Technology Management, among others. ​ He holds two degrees from Tufts University, where he was asked to be a senior capstone advisor for the Department of Computer Science. He is the author of two books about software and has a patent pending for software testing
