Biography

Michael Nocerino is a research analyst supporting 451 Research, a technology research group within S&P Global Market Intelligence. He currently leads syndicated survey coverage for the Voice of the Customer macroeconomic consumer spending and TV, wireless and streaming products. In addition to his core consumer focus, Michael is a contributing analyst to the Cloud, Hosting & Managed Services, Digital Pulse and Voice of the Service Provider surveys. Since 2005, he had filled a variety of other roles including analyst for electronics products/services and membership manager for the internal research panel focused on participant recruitment, incentivization, retention and survey project management. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maryland.
