Tim has primary responsibility for overall commercial growth, new business development and new product development for 451 TechDealmaker and The 451 Group's financial product line. Tim is the former President of Webmergers, which is now part of The 451 Group. Prior to establishing Webmergers in 2000, Tim spent five years as President of New Media Resources, a consulting firm for interactive media startups.
Before starting New Media Resources, Tim spent five years in corporate development at Ziff Communications, assisting senior management in acquisitions research, strategic planning and development of online products.
Tim has studied interactive services through a fellowship at the Gannett Center for Media at Columbia University in New York. He maintains numerous contacts among the Silicon Valley new media community, serves on the program committee of the MIT/Stanford Venture Laboratory and has chaired several national conferences on Internet M&A topics.
