We are recruiting for a brand new position, the “Go 2 Market Account Manager”. This position will report to the Go 2 Market Product Director, who manages this portfolio of business for 451 Research. You will work in collaboration with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team and directly with the client to ensure all requirements of Go 2 Market product delivery are met. 

The Account Manager is responsible for proactively following and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures related to contracted webinar, video and other custom product deliverables.  This includes proactive and reactive service by way of client requests and inquiries related to webinars/videos, requests from Sales Representatives and coordination of webinar delivery by Analysts, etc.  

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic track record, strong communication and relationship management skills and three to five years of experience interacting with clients. Experience with managing the delivery of webinars and integrated media campaigns a plus.  Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.

Core job functions include:

  • Learn the webinar fulfillment process and become a leader in facilitating delivery of webinars, this includes:
a)    Participate in webinar kickoff calls, dry runs and live webinars
b)    Become an expert using the preferred webinar platform (currently BrightTALK).
c)    Interact with BrightTALK account management and support personnel to obtain answers to questions from our sales or support team, and schedule audience generation programs for appropriate webinars.
d)    Generate and deliver detailed reporting to clients on a weekly basis and be available to answer client questions.
e)    Manage analyst participation in webinars with clients to ensure all activities are delivered with quality and in a timely manner.
f)    Participate in regular CSR team meetings listening and contributing to the discussion toward improving webinar operations.
g)    Conduct webinar training for new Customer Service Representatives.
  • Manage video projects from start to finish, including initial scoping call, scheduling of resources, scripting, post production, client review and signoff.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure webinar and video content is professionally designed and delivered to exceed customer expectations.
  • Input key data into internal CRM system (Salesforce.com) by documenting all client interaction.
  • Work with Marketing to support and execute messages to client base (e.g., product/service changes, company changes, and email campaigns).

451 Research seeks a Membership Engagement Coordinator (MEC) to support its Customer Insights research program, Voice of the Enterprise (VotE), and it is a REMOTE role!

The MEC will serve as part of a team of interviewers and analysts who research and interview end users of information technologies, then write, present, and publish reports on technology and market trends impacting the adoption of enterprise IT. Our network of research participants is composed of individuals at all levels of organizations in many sectors, including government, education, consumer and retail, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, energy, and others. VotE research helps these commentators shape their IT strategy while helping IT vendors identify areas of new business opportunity, hone marketing messages and refine their strategy.

This is a multifaceted role in which responsibilities entail identifying, scheduling and interviewing individuals to capture their insights as members of a broad community of IT professionals and decision makers. Core responsibilities will focus around three functions: 1) recruiting participants for telephone-based interview participation; 2) conducting interviews across a variety of enterprise technology topics; and 3) managing ongoing waves of research in several tracks of IT. Principal Consultant (Singapore Based)

Position Summary:
451 Research Advisory delivers bespoke market and industry research and prescriptive guidance to information technology vendors, service providers, investors, and enterprises.  

The Principal Consultant is primarily responsible for delivering and managing 451 Research Advisory projects, and supporting business development and sales.

Working with other consultants and 451 Research Analysts, the Principal Consultant analyzes client requirements, assembles existing qualitative research and data, designs and conducts new primary research, compiles and analyzes results, and develops and presents customized deliverables including reports and presentations to our clients.

You will join a dedicated and supportive marketing team with a great deal of content marketing know-how. And while we are proud of the nearly 20,000 leads we bring in each year, we need you to sharpen our focus.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you will develop the processes, strategies and content requirements needed to execute best-in-class ABM campaigns and programs. You will partner with the sales team to engage and expand our footprint within our top 20 accounts, and design a customized marketing outreach plan for each of your client accounts with the goal of driving retention and growth.

Marketing at 451 Research is a full-contact sport. Your success will be directly measured by your impact on the accounts you share with the sales team. This means you must have a sales-oriented mindset and be excited by the prospect of taking on a ‘marketing impact quota’ for your accounts. You will roll up your sleeves at the start of every day and be ready to do whatever it takes to deliver results.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Align closely with Sales to plan and execute a program to drive 'Top 20' strategic account growth
  • Map organizational decision-makers and identify key contacts within each named account
  • Develop personalized marketing campaigns to uncover leads and opportunities within targeted strategic accounts
  • Develop test plans and monitor performance results for multiple customer acquisition channels and lifecycle campaigns
  • Partner with our research organization to identify and to author relevant thought leadership content
  • Measure, report and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Run focused client events as needed
Position Requirements (Knowledge, skills and abilities):
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of marketing, product or sales experience working in B2B, ideally within IT sector
  • Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models is a plus, ideally with experience in the market research category
  • Experience utilizing CRM and marketing automation systems, Salesforce and Marketo would be a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on leading campaign performance metrics, as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and Marketing ROI
  • Proven success (revenue generation) with multi-channel demand generation campaigns, as well as complex and variable ABM execution using both automated and disruptive technologies via inbound and outbound channels
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships throughout the organization, especially with Sales
  • Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.
