  • VoCUL: T-Mobile Stays a Step Ahead Even as Verizon Launches Unlimited Data (Leading Indicator)

    Wireless Service Provider Trends: In our previous survey T-Mobile's Very Satisfied rating topped that of Verizon for the first time since we began measuring wireless customer satisfaction. The big question then was whether T-Mobile would be able to sustain its advantage. The latest findings show T-Mobile holding strong in each of our three key wireless industry metrics. Although Verizon's rollout of unlimited data plans has not yet translated into gains in those same measures, its ratings on network performance have all seen noteworthy improvements. A March survey of 4,075 primarily North American respondents from 451 Research's Leading Indicator panel looked at key wireless industry trends – including drivers around unlimited data.
