Voice of the Enterprise: Digital Pulse takes a high-level view of the technology decisions, products, topics and attitudes affecting organizations.
The Digital Pulse, IT Budgets & Drivers 2025 survey focuses on organizations' expected changes in IT spending plans for the coming year, as well as key areas of transformational growth and investment.
A combination of two online surveys was conducted from Nov. 7 through Dec. 26, 2024. The first survey of ~1,470 IT end-user decision-makers covered a variety of topics around enterprise technology. A follow-up study was then conducted to about 660 respondents focusing on their organizations' corporate IT spending plans for the upcoming year.

In 2024, enterprises experienced an increase in IT budgets due to new technology efforts, particularly AI initiatives. This growth aligned with expectations from the previous year, and many organizations forecast similar growth in 2025.
