    Macroeconomic Outlook - Corporate Software Purchasing Trends: The latest corporate software survey shows overall spending growth holding firm from last quarter and the highest October reading in 10 years. The October 18-November 9 survey finds a strong uptick for purchasing of Digital Marketing Technology software. Spending on most other software categories is also showing solid positive growth. A total of 738 respondents from 451 Research's Leading Indicator panel who are involved with software purchasing in their company participated in the survey, which also looked at trends in corporate use of file sharing and synchronization services.

    Macroeconomic Outlook - Corporate Software Purchasing Trends: The latest corporate software survey shows a dip in overall spending growth going forward, but that's after a big upswing in the previous survey. Even with the downtick, the current reading is the second best of the past three years. The April 18-29 survey finds upticks for Database Software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Spending increases for other categories are down from three months ago, but nearly all continue to show solid positive growth. A total of 782 respondents from 451 Research's Leading Indicator panel who are involved with software purchasing in their company participated in the survey, which also looked at trends in corporate use of file sharing and synchronization services.
