Biography

Stephanie is the Research Manager for the M&A KnowledgeBase (MAKB) at 451 Research, a part of S&P Global Market Intelligence. She works daily to coordinate M&A and company research, curate and produce proprietary deal analysis, participate in the ongoing development and expansion of the database and publish the 451 M&A Daily newsletter to an audience of over 10,000 subscribers. Prior to joining 451 Research in 2008, Stephanie helped create and launch the wiki-style business transaction database Dealipedia.com with over 20,000 initial transactions, covering M&A, venture capital and private equity.
